This August, our wedding band Closing Time treated guests to a super fun and spontaneous surprise when the groom jumped on stage with them to perform Def Leppard’s 80s metal hit “Pour Som Sugar on Me.”  The band hadn’t performed the song in a while.  But when the best man told them that it was the groom’s go-to karaoke song, they had to dust it off and let the groom have his moment in the spotlight.  The crowd ate it up.  

It’s spontaneous moments like this that make a wedding special and memorable for all guests, as well as for the band members, who were seriously impressed by the groom’s vocal chops and rockstar dance moves!

Of course, no wedding would be complete without the band playing the perennial favorite “Shout” by the Isley Brothers.  A little bit louder now!
