How does it all work ?
Once you select a Band, DJ or other Service, we will issue you a contract to sign. A deposit is due at the time of signing. (Usually around a third to one half the amount of the full price.) At this point, confirmations will be sent to all the artists and the artists will be taken off the market and locked in for your date.
The Planning Process
Prior to your wedding, you will be sent a planning worksheet to fill out. This worksheet serves as a forum for us to organize timelines, music selections, specialty dances, introduction lists, name pronunciations, formalities, etc. This is a customized experience and every wedding is different. We also work closely with you to help formulate ideas, answer questions and offer a wealth of tips, trend suggestions and helpful advice as you navigate the unchartered waters of wedding music!
A Deposit (usually 1/3 to 1/2 ) is due upon reserving the entertainment. Final payments are due two weeks prior to your wedding date.
