This was hands down one of my best dance parties of 2017. Kendra and Ryan and their guests were such a blast! I could hardly stand still myself behind the decks. Their music choices were spot on and really popular and they let me take the reigns to do what I do best. When I can sincerely tell a crowd at the end of the night that their stamina for partying is exemplary, I know it was a good one! Family and friends of all ages packed the floor from start to finish. That’s always my goal but it takes a willing bunch to make it happen!
Having worked at the Hawthorne Hotel many times, I can honestly say I’ve never seen it look better. Kendra’s vision materialized in the perfect combination of classic colors and modern style. It’s hard to pull off black and white and somehow still make it exciting but everything from the centerpieces to the cake showed such flair, it transformed a common hotel ballroom into more of an experience. We provided uplighting as well, in pure white, which complemented the black and white checkered dance floor. And check out the attached picture with the lit up LOVE letters in the windows! Kendra’s mom rented them from Your Love in Lights out of Needham! The photographer on this was Benoit and McCarthy. I also attached a great picture of the happy couple and me at the end of the night!
