Formed for a recurring corporate “Fall-fest” event, the band is a home-grown blend of bluegrass, Americana, acoustic hits, reggae, celtic and old-time country. It’s never too much of just one thing with Sweet Pea. A mandolin and fiddle version of an 80s’ synth pop hit? That’s what this band does! A sing-along version of “Dancing In The Moonlight” with upright bass? That’s exactly the sort of thing these guys do!  A current Top 40 song unplugged and stripped down?  Yes, exactly. Comprised of multi-instrumentalists who all sing, Sweet Pea offers a  huge range of feel-good favorites interpreted in an organic, pleasing fashion. You’ll know all of the songs they play, but hear them in a fresh way.
