Unity was phenomenal!! Their energy was off the charts and the dance floor was packed all night – we’ve never seen a dance floor like that at a wedding! The band clearly put a lot of care and effort into crafting the setlist around our style and accommodating our requests. They set the tone right away and did not let off the gas for the next 4 hours, even on breaks. Our guests keep telling us how impressed they were – Unity is one of the first things they mention when they talk to us about our wedding. The performance was so memorable, from the vocals to the horns (!) – we loved it all. We can’t thank Unity and Murray Hill Talent enough for making our wedding so special – we’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

The band was fabulous! We had everyone dancing including our parents and older family members until the last song. We just got back from our honeymoon yesterday but will definitely get a review in the next few weeks. Everyone raved about how great the band was and I know the wedding coordinator at Interlaken said she’d try to get Closing Time added to the Interlaken Inn preferred vendor list. Alaina’s dad was giving us some flack initially about getting a band. He was like “bands typically are very overpriced and not really good.” The first thing he came up to us say towards the end of the night, “Wow I was wrong. The band was excellent…great decision”.

We hired Closing Time Boston as our band for our wedding and they were the highlight of the night! The team at Murray Hill Talent, Cory & Ryan, were great to work with- very responsive, patient and organized. They also provided the AV for our ceremony, ceremony music and cocktail reception music. It was so easy to have everything in one place. Closing Time Boston were an absolute hit. We had so many of our friends and family compliment them the evening of and still today, one month later. The dance floor was PACKED the entire night. The mix of music was exactly what we were looking for. We cannot thank them enough!!!

We hired Flipside as our wedding band and they were incredible. We had many comments that they were the best wedding band anyone had seen. We enjoyed that they were so interactive, friendly and played amazing music. I would have no hesitation in recommending the group or the company to anyone!

Redline played for our wedding and they killed it! They’re setlist was simultaneously diverse and full of crowd-pleasers. One of my hesitations about booking a band had been that we’d be stuck with the same sound all night, and that was not a problem at all – they’ve got several vocalists, all of whom are good, so whatever you’re into, they’ll play it. Murray Hill was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and excited about making the event a party. Would 110% recommend them.

We cannot say enough good things about Virtue band! Working with Tia prior to the wedding was great, she was so helpful and responsive. Jason, Joe, Evan and the rest of the band made our event fabulous. Our friends and family cannot stop talking about how much they loved them. Our first dance song was not very well known but they NAILED it. I would recommend them to anyone and hope I can hear them play again soon!

We ended up booking Redline and the process was totally seamless; Ken was super helpful the whole time. From the first dance I had with my now wife, to the last dance of the night everything was perfect. The band was SO good and SO energetic. The mix of songs they played was incredible and this was a wedding where the dance floor was PACKED THE WHOLE TIME with people dancing. It was SO much fun and we still have guests complimenting how great Redline was.

Up All Night via Murray Hill Talent was simply the best! We used them for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and can’t say enough how talented they are! Hipshot played for our wedding on August 28th in Plymouth and I wanted to just send a quick note letting you know how absolutely incredible they were. EVERY person I spoke to after the wedding commented about how awesome the band was. From playing our first dance song, to the general song selection, to the skill and fun-ness of the band. we had the time of our lives. Sharlene was incredible to work with as well – very communicative, patient, and she did an awesome job MCing, let alone singing. We couldn’t have been happier with Murray Hill! We worked with Tom Pendergast to secure the band Search Party for our wedding and he was extremely kind and easy to work with. We also had Tom play acoustic guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour and he was absolutely amazing! He played all of our requested ceremony songs and completely knocked them out of the park.
We also can’t recommend Search Party enough. They kept everyone on the dance floor all night and every person in the band is incredibly talented. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about how talented and fun they were.

I just wanted to reach out to thank you and the band for an amazing experience at our wedding last weekend. You were everything that Erin and I had hoped for and we had so many guests rave about the music. In particular, the band’s rendition of “Beauty and the Beast“ for Erin’s dance with her father was absolutely perfect and she could not have been more thrilled. It made her evening extra special. Both vocalists killed it. We also loved our wedding song “If I Ain’t Got You.” Just a stunning rendition. The music for the ceremony and cocktail hour was great, as well. Flipside was THE BEST! We got married on Thompson Island in Boston last summer and the logistics were complicated. Corin, the bandleader, is amazing. He was so chill. He had some great suggestions, played everything we wanted to hear, responded quickly to our messages, and was all around a pleasure to work with.
The music at our wedding was incredible. Everyone keeps asking who our band was. The musicians were SO talented and lively. They got people on the dance floor and kept them there all night. They read the crowd so well! We are so grateful to have found them and wouldn’t have changed a single thing!

We asked them to learn a new song for our first dance and after totally crushing it, they mashed it up with Sympathy for the Devil – unreal. The jazz floutist/saxaphonist came out into the crowd, the violinist was amazing, the drummer soloed like a boss, and the vocalists were on fire. Amazing set list. We had out of town guests take their card to see if they could drag Flipside to the west coast for an upcoming wedding.

Ryan from the band was awesome, we had email contact with the manager for most of the time in the year before the wedding and organized with her on which song we wanted the band to learn and filling out our day of timeline and then about a week before the wedding Ryan from the band gave us a call and went over all the wedding party names, the timeline, how we want things to go and what not. He was friendly, upbeat, excited for our day, and showed all that exuberance on the day of! The Closing Time did an hour of accoustic guitar for the cocktail hour and then integrated some dj songs and traditional greek songs that we requested throughout the night. Everyone loved the band and the band got everyone going! Highly recommend them!.

I had researched many bands for my wedding day and I am BEYOND thrilled we chose Flipside. Flipside was the BEST decision we made for our wedding day. Our number 1 priority and “must” was an exceptional band. Flipside BLEW US AWAY! They were out of this world!!! The band has talented musicians and exceptional singers. Flipside got the party started the second we were in the venue. Corin, the band leader communicated with us via email promptly and professionally right up until a few days before my wedding. He knew how important it was for me to have an outstanding band that could play all different types of music while still accommodating our Irish traditions. Corin recommended an electric fiddle as an addition to the band for about an hour –she was AMAZING. He also would send us videos from time to time months before the big day of Flipside playing at recent wedding venues or preforming an Irish classic which really made me confident he was hearing just how important the different genres of music was to my family and I! He is truly a professional and went above and beyond by recommending songs, showing us the bands talent whenever he saw fit, emailing promptly and accommodating all of my requests. I am so happy with them I would hire them again in a second for another event!!

Flipside was honestly one of, if not the best wedding bands we’ve ever had the pleasure of hearing. From the moment we contacted them about playing at our wedding to the last song they sang, the experience was amazing. We live in Chicago and were coming to the Boston area for our wedding, we saw a few YouTube videos of Flipside and we can say unequivocally they are great online but surreal when seen in person. The song list they gave us was extensive, as they are extremely talented and when we chose the songs we wanted they performed each song to perfection. Our guests fed off their energy and they fed off our guests energy. If we had to do it over, Flipside would be our choice 1000 out of 1000 times. At the end of the night our guests were left wanting more and wanting to dance more than ever!

We hired the band CLOSING TIME, they were absolutely fantastic! Communication with both Scott (manager at Murray Hill) and Ryan (bandleader) was super easy. They also communicated directly with the venue about set up and other questions so it was very stress free for us. Our guests were on the dance floor all night and almost everybody commented on how great the music was. Music was one of our priorities, so we were willing to spend a bit more and CLOSING TIME is definitely worth the money!

We hired Redline for our September 2017 wedding. We had previously heard them perform at our friends’ wedding the summer before, and although we were not engaged yet we both agreed at the time that we would keep the band in mind when it was our turn. Later that summer we got engaged and Murray Hill Talent was one of the first vendors we reached out to. Luckily Redline was available and we booked them without hesitation. THE BEST part of working with Redline was their band leader, Ken. He is simply amazing. He made the whole music planning process so easy for us. Unfortunately my dad was ill prior to our wedding, and when I reached out to Ken asking for help with father/daughter dance alternatives, he was quick to respond and came up with so many great ideas. The dance ended up being a day of decision, and Ken was super flexible with this which we really appreciated. In the end I was able to have the father/daughter dance with my dad and I am so grateful to Ken for helping to make that moment happen. Our guests loved Redline too, everyone danced all night long and we are still hearing from guests about how much they loved our band! My father-in-law, who was unsure of us hiring a band in the beginning of our planning process (too expensive, he thought), told us after the wedding “you were right, a great band really does make a wedding!!!”. We are SO glad he agreed, and we know we made the right decision hiring Redline for our big day! They were one of the best parts of our wedding!!

We just got back from the honeymoon and guests are still raving about how great they were. I especially appreciated them learning such a ridiculous song request (Tarzan Boy) because it made the crowd go nuts when they heard it. Seeing my closest group of friends in a circle, jumping up and down to a song we love so much, was a highlight of the entire day. Thanks again. I’ll be sure to recommend Unity to anyone.

I cannot say enough great things about Flipside. They were SO entertaining. Our guests were up dancing the second they finished their dinner and did not stop until the end of the night. We are so pleased that we chose to hire Flipside for our big day. Our wedding was in Boston although we are from London, England and many of our guest had traveled internationally to get there. No one was disappointed with the excellent music throughout the evening which catered to all tastes. Corin’s preparation before the day was great and his experience was very telling. On the day itself the band exceeded all expectations. They had our guests dancing from the moment they started playing until the second they stopped. All in all, we thoroughly recommend Flipside – an all around very professional outfit!

Unity was amazing. Everything went just as we’d hoped, from us being announced as a couple (Ryan was awesome!) to our first dance (Unity learned a song for us and performed it perfectly) to the father/daughter dances (which Unity also performed) to the rest of the night which ended up being an even better party than either of us dared imagine. People were on the dance floor all night, and Unity really brought it with their song selections and by interacting with/playing off the crowd. Even my grandfather, who very shakily walks with a cane, was “dancing.” We received so many comments during and after the reception about how great the band was, and would 100% recommend Unity to anyone who is looking to have a baller wedding reception/upbeat party. It was also incredibly convenient to have Unity musicians perform during the ceremony (solo keyboardist) and cocktail hour (keyboard/sax jazz duo) – so much easier than booking a random individual/adding another vendor to the mix! We knew that we wanted an upbeat party band for our wedding, and Unity was unbelievable. They kept the party going until the lights came on, and it truly could not have been a better night.

I don’t have enough positive things to say about Redline, who performed at our 7/23/16 wedding at Alden Castle. From dinner music through the entire reception dance party they played the perfect combination of songs that kept everyone on the dance floor! They were very accommodating in terms of coordinately with me about our special songs like the first dance, and were even willing to hand out glow necklaces that I had bought. So many of my guests told me and my family that Redline was the best band that they had ever heard at a wedding and the fact that most of the guests were still on the dance floor until the end of the very last song proved it. I would highly recommend Redline to anyone looking a great live band for a wedding or otherwise!

Hiring Flipside was 100% the best decision we made during the whole wedding planning process. Our main focus for the wedding was making sure everybody had a blast and Flipside played an invaluable part in making that happen. The band’s energy was infectious and the dance floor was packed the entire night. They did a great job feeling out the crowd and playing music that made it almost impossible to sit down. Not only were they exceptional at the reception, but their performances during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner were perfectly in line with the mood and setting. The music was just the right volume and mix and the song selection was spot on. They also did a great job with all the MC duties to keep things on time and moving as scheduled. I also want to give a special thanks to Corin for being incredibly professional throughout the entire process and for being so organized. He was extremely accommodating and I had a lot of fun bouncing ideas back and forth as we planned for the big day.
