Lighting is one of the most cost effective ways to dramatically transform a space and impact the mood of a wedding or private party. Room uplighting visually expands a room by providing ambient light upward around the perimeter. Use them as a complement to recessed down lighting and place them where they appear aesthetically balanced around the room or tent. When uplighting is used properly, the house lights can be dimmed and the natural elegance of your venue, flowers and decor is at its best. Professional photography and guest photos will also greatly benefit from the enhanced look of the room.
Used on its own or in addition to our dance floor lighting options, uplighting is a sure-fire way to draw the attention of the guests immediately upon entering. It has become so widely used in recent years, it is quickly becoming a staple at all the most high profile events.
Our fixtures use state-of-the-art, completely wireless, battery-powered LED technology, allowing for flexibility, ensuring safety and remaining hidden out of sight. Our professional, experienced technicians will help complement your space and decor exactly to your specifications, or they will be happy to make suggestions.
Transform your space!
Wireless/DMX
Wireless fixtures keep the space beautiful and free of messy unattractive wires and power cables runs (Non-battery powered lights are also wired to each other in addition to being plugged into the wall). Our fixtures are DMX controlled (Digital Multiplex). This allows the operator to control the lights from a remote control device in any way he/she choses.
Battery Operated
Our lights run on a charge of about 8-12 hours. The main advantage to battery powered lights are that they allow us the freedom to place them anywhere they are desired (on a window sill, in center of room, etc). Batteries also free us up from the need for power sources and sharing power which can become an issue at tented reception and remote locations.
Superior Color Matching
We use RGBA and RGBAW fixtures. (R = Red, G= Green, B=Blue, A=Amber, W= White). Any color can be created by mixing these colors together in certain amounts of contrasts. The more basic colors you have to work with on your palette, the more accurate colors you can achieve.
LED
Like most professional lighting fixtures of today, our fixture are the “LED” type (light omitting diodes) as opposed to the incandescent lights of yesteryear. LED lights emit almost no heat (eliminating any safety hazards), last much longer and most importantly run on smaller amounts of electricity, which makes it possible for them to be battery charged and stay charged for long periods of time.
