Anyone who has strolled along Commonwealth Avenue in Boston’s Backbay has undoubtably come across the iconic Harvard Club. The beautiful brownstone building set a sophisticated, yet crazy party tone for an amazing wedding last week that Unity performed at for Sarah and Declan. We knew the party was going to be off the hook as soon as we started to do the pre-planning. Instead of opting for the usual introductions of each individual couple of person, they wanted to introduce the wedding party as one big happy party group ! Other highlights included a request to play the 80’s one hit wonder “Tarzan Boy” by the Italian group Baltimora. This was a first for the band. Everyone had a great time playing it and it seemed that the guests loved dancing to it too. A giant shout out to videographer Baxter Demers who created a great documentation of the night and for Jennifer at the Harvard Club for keeping it all together !
“Thank you so much for all of your help on a completely seamless process. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to hire Unity for our wedding. We just got back from the honeymoon and guests are still raving about how great they were. I especially appreciated them learning such a ridiculous song request (Tarzan Boy) because it made the crowd go nuts when they heard it. Seeing my closest group of friends in a circle, jumping up and down to a song we love so much, was a highlight of the entire day. Thanks again. I’ll be sure to recommend Unity to anyone! “
