Our exclusive jazz group specializes in a cosmopolitan mix of styles, ranging from the timeless classics of Gershwin, Porter, Getz, Coltrane, and Sinatra, to Nuevo Ambiance, Latin inspired cocktail jazz. Twilight Players blend the soundtracks of Les Miserables, Chicago, Phantom of the Opera, Buena Vista Social Club, and West Side Story, with soothing and soulful renditions from a wide array of artists, including Michael Buble, Marvin Gaye, Diana Krall, Harry Connick Jr., Stevie Wonder, Al Green, Tito Puente, Elton John, Tony Bennett, and Dean Martin.
Twilight has entertained at some of the most distinguished private parties, wedding receptions, gala events, concerts, and cocktail parties in the Northeast.
Moreover, we will customize the group to provide your event with the perfect instrumentation for the venue and a song selection to insure that the music is always pleasurable, exciting, and sophisticated.
Upon request, Twilight can function as a light dance band with vocalist appropriate for classic minded clients not interested in traditional top 40 based bands. The group is also available as an instrumental jazz group perfect for cocktail receptions and corporate mixers requiring background ambiance that is non-intrusive. We have listed some options intended to help you pinpoint the type of ensemble that best reflects your individual style, and tastes. Keep in mind that most ensembles are able to play a diverse mixture of jazz based styles. Additional musicians may be added or subtracted to most ensembles depending on your needs. Additionally, if a piano is not available at your function site, a keyboard can be used in its place.
